Very prominent drug traffickers, such as Yeyo and El Pantoja; a child molester who called himself The Seer Monk on the television dating show First Dates; and a teacher who repeatedly raped a student. These four fugitives have been included, along with two pedophiles, two other drug traffickers, a murderer and a violent thief, among the 10 most wanted criminals by the Police. They are all men and are considered “highly dangerous.” They could be hidden in Spain, although it is not ruled out that they are abroad.
The National Police launched its third campaign this Monday to request citizen collaboration to locate it. The measure began in 2021. In previous years, the Spanish police themselves have implemented . The last one, , has so far managed to get its data released.
The Police have created the email so that citizens who believe they have any information about any of them can send it to the agents confidentially. A few minutes after it was made public, at 10:00 this Monday, a dozen emails with information had already been received.
In this third installment of the most wanted fugitives, in addition to real photographs of the fugitives, the Police have included images created using artificial intelligence to try to recreate possible physical changes that the fugitives may have adopted to avoid capture.
Daniel Vázquez Patiño
46 years old and native of A Coruña, he is accused of abuse and sexual assault of a minor under 10 years old. Among his physical characteristics, the Police highlight that he has an obese complexion, has brown hair and a receding hairline, in addition to measuring 1.70 meters, white skin and brown eyes. He is classified as “highly dangerous.”
Ionut Ramon Raducan
Of Romanian nationality, he is also known by the alias ‘Florin’. He was convicted in 2014 for trafficking in human beings for the purposes of sexual and labor exploitation, in a case in which he forced his sister and her partner into prostitution when they were minors in the Marconi Industrial Park (Madrid). Florin belongs to the known Raducan clan, a family of pimps that controlled street prostitution in the area. According to the sentence, from the Provincial Court of Madrid, the fugitive hit his partner if he considered that he had not earned enough money. He is 33 years old and has an athletic build, is 1.72 meters tall, has brown hair and white skin.
Jesus Manuel Heredia Heredia
Known by the alias ‘El Pantoja’, this 40-year-old drug trafficker from Algeciras (Cádiz) is wanted for crimes against public health and breach of sentence. Leader of the Los Pantoja clan, he is considered one of the most powerful bosses in southern Spain. Linked to drug trafficking in the Campo de Gibraltar, he was a disciple of Abdellah El Haj, a well-known trafficker known as ‘The Messi of Hashish’ and has faced multiple arrests and court cases. His ability to organize large drug stashes and his ability to evade authorities have made him a constant target. In March 2025, he escaped from prison during a prison leave. He is linked to several court cases, including the shipwreck of the ‘Rúa Mar’ fishing boat, which left six dead and was supposedly loaded with drugs. José María Pavón Pereira
Sentenced to 41 years in prison for the malicious and vicious murder of two people in Granada, the Police highlight this 52-year-old from Huelva to facilitate his location due to his athletic build. Juan Herrera Guerrero
Born in Puente Genil (Córdoba) 53 years ago, he is wanted by the courts for sexual abuse and assault on minors. While he was a fugitive, he went to the television program First Dates to look for a partner, wearing large sunglasses and dressed in a black jacket with transparencies and gold details, and he called himself The Seer Monk. Characters such as fashion designer Francis Montesinos have been involved in his attempts at blackmail and deception, who was investigated for an alleged sexual assault on a minor and whose case was filed in 2024. Juan Miguel García Santos
Gallego, from Vilanova de Arousa (Pontevedra), and 51 years old, is accused of being the mastermind of a Galician drug trafficking network involved in the shipment of cocaine from Ecuador camouflaged in shipments of bananas. His complexion is obese, he has black hair, white skin and black eyes. It is also considered very dangerous.
Julio Herrera Nieto
A native of Sancti-Spíritus (Salamanca), he is 56 years old and is wanted for drug trafficking, illegal possession of weapons and money laundering. He is linked to a criminal organization that distributes heroin and cocaine to small consumers in the area of Plasencia (Cáceres) and surrounding areas. 50 years old and from Ourense, this teacher was sentenced to 13 years in prison for sexually abusing an underage student for four years through sadistic practices. Soto had been the victim’s music teacher since she was three years old. He contacted her when she was in sixth grade on Instagram posing as a minor and then physically and sexually assaulted her. Her build is thin, she has dark skin and curly gray hair, with brown eyes. Also considered very dangerous, the latest clue places him in Cuba, specifically in Havana, where he is allegedly working as a photographer for art galleries and in modeling shows under a false name.
Sergio Jesus Mora Carrasco
Known by the alias ‘Yeyo’, this 48-year-old from Huelva is considered one of the biggest drug traffickers in Europe. Also accused of money laundering, his criminal specialty is the maritime transport of hashish using drug boats. Anti-drug police attribute to it most of the hashish shipments that were exported to Europe in the 2000s and a huge maritime infrastructure. Its main distribution markets were France, the United Kingdom and the Netherlands. He has an obese complexion, is 1.72 meters tall and has white skin, brown eyes and dark hair.
