Apple salad is not only unusual in taste and consistency, but also in presentation. Ingredients:
- 3 large apples,
- 2 stalks of celery,
- 3 sprigs of chives,
- a spoonful of lemon juice.
Sos:
- 3 tablespoons of natural yogurt,
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise,
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice,
- a spoon of poppy seeds,
- a teaspoon of honey,
- a pinch of salt,
- a pinch of black pepper.
How to do it:
1. Wash the apples, but do not peel them. First cut them into thin slices and then into thin sticks resembling matches. Immediately sprinkle them with lemon juice to prevent them from darkening.
2. Wash the celery and cut it into thin half-slices, and chop the chives finely.
3. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
4. Prepare the sauce. In a separate bowl, combine yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice and honey until uniform. Add poppy seeds and mix everything.
5. Pour the prepared sauce over the apple salad and mix well.
6. Otherwise, serve the apple salad immediately or chill it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to let the flavors combine. Store leftovers in the refrigerator in an airtight container, using within 2 days.
