O chose not to file the second motion for clarification in the case in which he was convicted of an attempted coup d’état. The deadline for this type of appeal ended this Monday (24), paving the way for the next judicial stage.
With the end of the deadline, the minister docan, from this Tuesday (25), determine the definitive execution of the sentence. In September, Bolsonaro was sentenced to 27 years and 3 months in prison on charges of leading a coup plot in 2022.
Currently, the former president is detained for another reason. He was arrested on Saturday (22) at the Federal Police Superintendence, in in preventive detention.
