Hilton Vilamoura announced its program for the month of December, with several initiatives aimed at families and visitors. The hotel unit states that it intends to provide moments of conviviality in an environment that it describes as “welcoming and sophisticated”, transforming the space into a “refuge of tradition, comfort and sharing” throughout this festive season.
The program extends throughout the month. Between December 1st and 28th, Rubi Bar offers a Christmas Tea with scones. At the Cilantro restaurant, between December 15th and 25th, the character “Elf on the Shelf” will be present daily. From December 17th to 25th, the hotel lobby will host a selection of traditional Christmas sweets.

The initiatives also include a tasting of Sandeman or Taylor’s Port wines, on the 17th of December, and the launch of the classic Eggnog, with and without alcohol, on the 19th, with the tasting taking place between 5:00 pm and 6:00 pm. The drink will then be available until December 25th, between 5pm and 1am.
On December 22nd there will be a gingerbread cookie workshop, followed the next day by a glühwein tasting, from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm, which can be enjoyed at the Rubi Bar until December 26th at the same time. Also on the 23rd, a cinema session with popcorn and gum, aimed at families, is scheduled in the Tejo room.
On the evening of December 24th, the Moscada restaurant hosts a Christmas buffet dinner, consisting of traditional dishes and typical desserts. The cost is 120 euros per adult, with a 50% discount for children. Dinner can also be purchased as a package with accommodation and buffet breakfast, from 240 euros per person in a double room.
It is part of the portfolio of tourist assets managed by DETAILS – Hospitality, Sports, Leisure, the company responsible for managing Arrow Global’s assets in Portugal. DETAILS is currently responsible for managing 23 hotels, 12 golf courses, an equestrian center and several restaurant spaces.
