Federal Police must inspect and record food taken to the former president
The ministerdo authorized this Tuesday (25) that the former president receive special food at the Federal Police Superintendence (PF), in Brasília, where he is detained.
With the decision, a person previously registered by the defense will be able to deliver the food to the former president at the time stipulated by the corporation. The request for special food was made by Bolsonaro’s lawyers.
Moraes determined that the must inspect and record the food taken to the former president. Earlier, Bolsonaro was sentenced to 27 years and three months in prison in the criminal prosecution of the coup plot carried out by the STF.
With the declaration of finality, Bolsonaro’s arrest became definitive, not preventive. Last Saturday (22), he was preventively arrested for trying to violate the electronic ankle monitor.
Since August 4, the former president has been under house arrest, which was ordered in the investigation into the pricing of against Brazilian exports, another process in which he is investigated.
