Recipe for pickled zucchini
Ingredients:
– 1 kg cuket
– 1 onion
– 2 cloves of garlic
– 200 ml vinegar (preferably apple or wine vinegar)
– 200 ml of water
– 2 spoons of sugar
– 1 spoon of salt
– 1 teaspoon of mustard seeds
– 1 teaspoon pepper (whole or crushed)
– 2-3 bay leaves
– a pinch of chili or dill to taste
Procedure:
1. Wash the zucchini and cut it into rounds or half-rounds, onion into thin crescents, chop the garlic.
