Bratislava Fashion Days (BMD) celebrated its 20th anniversary this year. A prestigious fashion event that brings the best of domestic and foreign fashion to the capital final shows of the 20th edition on October 23 at the Refinery Gallery.
Part of the fashion holiday was also fitness model Zora Czoborová, who also demonstrated some models. In the position of a model, she is not a prude and she enjoys it, it also follows from her experience in competitions and lifestyle. When it comes to fashion, she doesn’t follow trends and prefers comfort in particular. She also has 20-year-old pieces in her wardrobe.
Zora Czoborová went through a difficult period years ago, about which she spoke for with musician Teri Čikoš. Her operation on both knees is a comfort to many patients to this day. She admits that she documented all her recovery in order to motivate people with difficulties. She is 2.5 years post-surgery, has regained her muscle mass and feels amazing.
It motivates Slovak women, but what drives Zora Czoborová herself forward? “I have to admit that I live by it. I was born as an athlete, like when someone gets a voice or a head for mathematics, so I got a talent for movement and I really enjoyed the sport. Ever since I was a child, the best way to spend time was with some movement, some kind of sport, I did an awful lot of sports, and I did athletics for a long time. And then I got to what I’m doing today,” she said.
Entire generations of families sometimes go to her fitness retreats. “Even though I am a trained teacher, I use that pedagogy in that I can teach people how to exercise properly, how to eat healthy, to influence them so that they actually live healthily. And that’s such nice feedback when I’m doing well.” concluded Zora Czoborová.
