The (Supreme Federal Court) released information and a video, this Thursday (27), about the , known as “Papudinha”, where the former Minister of Justice of () is imprisoned.
According to the court’s note, the space has a total covered area of 54.76 meters with a bedroom, bathroom, laundry room, kitchen, living room and an outdoor area of 10.07 meters.
According to the Supreme Court, the space’s capacity is for four people, but it will be used exclusively as a General Staff Room for just one custodian.
“The space offers a refrigerator, shower with hot water, closets, double bed and TV. Five meals a day are offered (breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner and supper). Sunbathing is done outside the cell, even allowing for physical exercise, with total privacy and no time control,” he said.
The court also reported that the location has a health center with two clinical doctors, three nurses, two dentists, a social worker, two psychologists, a physiotherapist, three nursing technicians, a psychiatrist and a pharmacist.
“In addition, the space is 8.2 km away from the UPA in São Sebastião and 15.8 km from private hospitals in Brasília, such as Sírio Libanês”, he added.
Torres was convicted in September, armed criminal organization, abolition of the democratic rule of law, qualified damage to public property and deterioration of listed property.
