“The change in legislation is welcome. It is necessary. I defend some changes that are even radical. That we start to really face crime with the harshness that crime deserves to be faced. I don’t think, for example, that there is any absurdity in having life imprisonment in Brazil”, said the governor at an XP Asset Management event.
