The police started a criminal investigation into the crime of general threat in connection with Wednesday’s (November 26) explosion in front of a family home in Martin. As a result of the explosion in the night hours, there was damage to the family house, in which there were no people at the time. No one was injured. TASR was informed about this by Zuzana Šefčíková, spokeswoman of the Regional Directorate of the Police Force in Žilina.

An expert from the Criminalistics and Expertise Institute was called to the scene,” said the police spokeswoman. Other circumstances of the case are under investigation.
