The Office for the Implementation of Financial Sanctions reported on Thursday (27) that it will allow the continuation of commercial operations by the Russian oil company Lukoil and its subsidiaries until February 26, 2026. The sanctions were scheduled to come into force on Friday (28).
Lukoil and Rosneft were also sanctioned by the US in October, and some of these measures have also been postponed.
