The parents of Rodrigo, a 19-year-old young man who died in a road accident in Idanha-a-Nova, received a speeding ticket at home. The letter included a photo radar showing the van of the funeral home Funeralbi – Serviços Fúnebres, which had handled the son’s funeral services. They were “in disbelief”, they told .
The Castelo Branco funeral home allegedly illegally used the couple’s son’s data when it was fined by the police. The fine ranged from 300 to 1500 euros and provided for the suspension of the license for 2 to 24 months.
