Will Weverton play in the Libertadores final?
When asked about the topic, the Palmeiras goalkeeper lost his way and preferred not to discuss whether he would play in the decisive match or not. He has not been on the field since October 15th, in the 5-1 victory over Red Bull Bragantino.
– The person who defines this is Abel. I, like all my teammates, have been preparing myself in the best way possible, as we have done every day since the start of the competition to achieve our goal – said Weverton.
Despite what the archer says, he shouldn’t be a starter: a likely team has: Carlos Miguel; Bruno Fuchs, Gustavo Gomez and Murilo; Khellven, Allan, Andreas Pereira, Veiga and Piquerez; Vitor Roque and Flaco López.
