A 5-year-old boy died after falling from the 12th floor of a building on Rua Ciano, in the Grand Ville neighborhood, east of Uberlândia (MG), this Friday morning (28).
The Fire Department was called at around 7:25 am. The child fell from a window in the apartment’s bathroom, from an estimated height of 36 meters.
Security camera footage recorded the moment the boy fell from the building. Two people were passing through the outdoor area at the time of the fall.

The Advanced Support Unit (USA) carried out an assessment of the victim and confirmed his death at the scene, due to injuries incompatible with life.
Civil Police expertise has been called and will investigate the circumstances of the case. There is still no information about what preceded the fall — such as whether the child was alone in the environment.
