The start of the decision between Brazilians will be delayed by 15 minutes. Thus, the final between Palmeiras and Flamengo is now scheduled to start at 6:15 pm (Brasília time). Understand why.
Why will the Libertadores final be delayed?
Conmebol decided to postpone the start of the game due to the delay in the arrival of buses from Palmeiras and Flamengo to Monumental due to traffic jams on the way to the stadium.
With the delay, it would be difficult to comply with all the protocol planned for the final, which involves team warm-ups, musical performances, team entrance, national anthems and other commitments until the opening whistle.
