WASHINGTON, Nov 30 (Reuters) – White House economic adviser Kevin Hassett said on Sunday he would be happy to serve as the next chair of the Federal Reserve if chosen by United States President Donald Trump.
Hassett’s comments on Fox News’ ‘Fox and Friends’ came after Bloomberg News reported last week that he had emerged as the front-runner to succeed Jerome Powell, whose term ends next year.
