Ingredients:
- 150 g dark chocolate,
- 130 g of wheat flour,
- 100 g of soft butter,
- 100 g of granulated sugar,
- 100 ml of Greek yogurt,
- a teaspoon of baking powder,
- 2 eggs, size L or XL,
- 2 pears,
- 2 tablespoons of milk,
- 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda,
- a pinch of salt.
Additionally:
- powdered sugar for sprinkling.
How to do it:
1. Melt the chopped chocolate in a water bath with butter. Mix until smooth. Remove from heat and leave to cool.
2. In a small bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
3. In a large bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until fluffy. Add cooled, melted chocolate, yogurt, milk and flour.
4. Beat the mixture for 1-2 minutes until the mixture is smooth and uniform.
5. Peel and core the pears. Cut them into cubes of approx. 0.5-1 cm. Mix the chopped fruit into the dough using a spatula.
6. Pour the mixture into a 20×20 cm baking tin lined with baking paper. Put the cake in the oven preheated to 170 degrees Celsius and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a stick is clean.
7. Remove the chocolate pear cake and cool completely. Before serving, sprinkle them generously with powdered sugar.
8. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for 24 hours or in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Alternatively, you can freeze them for up to 2 months.
