For days there was speculation about what the activists of the German “Center for Political Beauty” (ZPS) would plan this time. The group, which was most recently responsible, among other things, for disrupting the ARD summer interview with AfD leader Alice Weidel and for erecting a Holocaust memorial within sight of Björn Höcke’s house, had announced a new campaign. She didn’t specify that. Was Alexander Eichwald, the supposed young politician who gave a speech at the AfD youth congress with Hitler-like tone and gestures, responsible for this action? That was at least thought about, but obviously that’s not the case.
