Katia Aveiro took advantage of the beginning of December to leave an inspiring message to all her followers.
Through her Instagram account, Cristiano Ronaldo’s sister decided to talk about her physical and mental transformation over the last two years, even sharing images from her daughter, Valentina’s baptism, which took place in August 2023.
Katia Aveiro revealed that, for many months, she was unable to look at her figure in photos from the family event, admitting that nowadays, after having lost weight and gained health, she can see and understand the great transformation that has happened in her.
“Can you believe that this is me, two and a half years ago? I had two and a half years to completely open this photo album, this was at my daughter’s christening (…). As soon as I saw the photographs, I didn’t want to make a souvenir album because I looked at that woman and I said ‘my God in Heaven, who is this woman?’. And today, two and a half years later, I’m choosing the photos to make the album. And I am that woman, only transformed”realized.
Katia Aveiro later highlighted that she remains the same person she was but with better health and focus: “I lost 35 kilos, in those photos I was 100 kilos, I took more care of myself, I looked at myself, I looked at my Self and I transformed my body, but I keep my soul (…)”he highlighted.
