Newcastle is going through a phase of growth. In English, the team led by Eddie Howe is on a roll: they have scored six points in the last two games, after beating Manchester City 2-1 and beating Everton 4-1 away from home. The team seeks to maintain the positive streak to continue climbing the table.

Tottenham, on the other hand, is going through a delicate moment. There are now three consecutive games without winning in the Premier League – two defeats and a draw – in addition to the 5-3 defeat against PSG in the Champions League. The pressure is increasing on coach Thomas Frank, who needs to get Spurs back on track for results.
