Fundão firefighter involved in the group rape of a colleague and who also allegedly abused a disabled boy, in the same fire station, 16 years ago, is now accused of a new sexual crime by a woman, when she was just 13 years old.
volunteers from Fundão arrested, last week, by the PJ on suspicion of two crimes of rape and one of sexual coercion on a 19-year-old colleague, in an alleged practice.
Three days later, it emerged that the same firefighter had already abused another boy in the same fire station, in a “hushed up” case 16 years ago. ‘Xico da Serra’ was caught handling the sexual organ of a boy with cognitive disabilities.
At the time, the case would have been resolved internally: the firefighter was removed, the victim did not file a complaint and a pact of silence was made to avoid the scandal. ‘Xico da Serra’ would be readmitted to the barracks later.
This Wednesday, another case of alleged rape is revealed, involving the same firefighter, more than 20 years ago.
Maria (fictitious name) says he was the victim of a sexual attack when he was just 13 years: “He took me to the pavilion and forced me to take off my pants. He raped me.”
To the CM, the victim tells that, after that day, his life changed forever: “I was afraid they would blame me and I still haven’t told anyone to this day. I felt dirty. The following year, I dropped out of school and went to work when I was 14..”
“It’s been a long time, but I remember everything. The touch, the look… I asked him so many times to stop and he It seemed like he was pleased to see me suffer“, he detailed.
The 11 firefighters detained last week were quickly released, with an identity and residence permit. As the CM writes, in Fundão, people live in fear of ‘Xico da Serra’, who is a hunter and has several weapons, as I showed on social media. THE population lives in fear that it will attack again.
