The meeting of the Russian president with the two envoys of the president of , Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner, the son-in-law of Donald Trump, is in progress, for an agreement to terminate him.
According to what has become known, the meeting started with a delay of about an hour and a half, due to Putin’s participation in an investment forum.
From the images coming out of the Kremlin, it is clear that for the Russian side the people in charge of contacts with the Americans are Yuri Usakov and Kirill Dimitriev, who, as emerged from the leaks last week through their contacts with Witkov, led in October to the 28-point plan recently presented by the Trump administration as a basis for discussion.

It is noted that as it became known before the meeting in the Kremlin, the two Americans had lunch with Dimitriev, the head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund and a close associate of Putin.
At the beginning of the meeting, in the presence of journalists, Putin said that he was glad to see Witkov and Kushner, and noted that before the meeting began, they managed to take a walk in Moscow.
“Yes we had a good, pleasant walk in town,” said Witkoff. “The Moscow authorities are rightly proud of what they have done for the development of the capital in recent times. I hope you were able to see them,” Putin said.
“It’s a wonderful city,” Witkov told Putin after earlier strolling with Kushner and the Russian leader’s envoy, Kirill Dmitriev, in Red Square near the mausoleum of Soviet state founder Vladimir Lenin. This is the sixth time Witkov has visited Russia this year.
