Large fire hits Ceasa in RJ

Fire started in the early hours of this Wednesday (3) and has already destroyed part of the pavilion; To date, there is no record of victims

O do was called at around 1:40 am this Wednesday (3) to contain a large fire in one of Ceasa’s pavilions, in Irajá, in the North Zone of the capital. At least 15 stores were destroyed by the flames.

So far, there are no reports of injuries.

The fire reached pavilion 43, which houses 24 establishments dedicated to the sale of fruit and vegetables.

Witnesses report that the fire started in a food store and, due to the large volume of flammable materials in the area, quickly spread to other stalls.
