The cat in question will be one of the pets welcomed by Chega, whose Instagram page dedicated to it currently has almost 30 thousand followers.
In the images published by the magazine, it is possible to see the deputy of the party led by André Ventura, a veterinarian by profession, smiling, in a coat, and with the animal’s testicles resting in his hands. Taking place at Chega’s headquarters, the surgical intervention took place outside centers authorized by the General Directorate of Food and Veterinary Medicine (DGAV).
