Goma/Addis Ababa – After decades of conflict, Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of Congo are due to sign a reconciliation agreement in Washington on Thursday. US President Donald Trump wants to receive the heads of state of the two Central African countries, Paul Kagame and Félix Tshisekedi, in the White House. The two countries agreed to a ceasefire at the end of June after mediation by the USA, Qatar and the African Union, but this remains fragile.
