Singer Sabrina Carpenter criticized the United States White House for using the song “Juno” in an anti-immigration video. The content was published on social media this Monday, 2, and shows agents from the Immigration and Customs Service (ICE) chasing and handcuffing immigrants in the country.
In response to the official White House page on X (formerly Twitter), Sabrina criticized the use of her song. “This video is evil and disgusting. Never implicate me or my music to benefit your inhumane agenda,” she wrote. Check it out:

The choice of the song by the government of US President Donald Trump is related to a moment from the shows on the Short and Sweet tour. Sabrina plays by “arresting” someone in the audience for being “too sexy”, throwing handcuffs with pink feathers at the person.

Other pop hits have already appeared in videos like this. In early November, singer Olivia Rodrigo condemned the United States Department of Homeland Security (DHS) for using the track All-American Bitch in a campaign about deportation.
“Never use my music to promote your racist and hateful propaganda,” the artist wrote on Instagram. The comment was removed from the post, but screenshots captured Olivia’s message.
