The missing 82-year-old citizen of Hungary, seen on Monday (1/12) in Margecany, was found on Wednesday without signs of life outside the built-up area in difficult-to-access terrain. The Košice regional police informed about it on the social network. “All the necessary actions were carried out on the spot with the participation of police officers, emergency services and the attending physician,” the police said, adding that the exact cause of death will be determined by the ordered autopsy.
On Tuesday, the police asked the public for help in the search for the missing man Tibor H on the social network. They informed that he was supposed to get off the EX 525 train at the train station in Kysak at 20:45 on Monday and buy a ticket to Košice. Subsequently, at 10:41 p.m., he boarded a train bound for Margecian, where he was last seen at 0:20 – 0:25 a.m. The man was disoriented, had a head injury and spoke Hungarian.
