War in Ukraine is “no longer an easy situation” for the US president: “it is a mess”.
US President Donald Trump stressed this Tuesday that representatives from Washington will try to resolve the conflict in Ukraine and stated that “It’s not an easy situation”.
“Our people are in Russia right now to see if we can resolve this. It’s not an easy situation, I must tell you. It’s a mess. what a disaster“, he declared during a meeting with his executive at the White House, referring to the meeting between special envoy, Steve Witkoff, and his son-in-law, Jared Kushner, with Russian President, Vladimir Putin, in Moscow.
Zelensky commented on the negotiations between the Americans and Russians after speaking in the Irish parliament, where he reaffirmed that Kiev needs “a dignified peace”.

It was the first state visit by a President of Ukraine to Ireland since the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries.
