HBO Max announced the premiere date for the third season of “Euphoria”now confirmed for the April 2026.
With a click of Zendaya as Rue, the platform confirmed the month but still did not reveal the premiere datethe. In previous years, the production used to release weekly episodes on Sundays. “Let’s travel, April 2026”, said the publication.
In February of this year, HBO Max confirmed that the 3rd season of the series was in production. In March 2024, the new batch of episodes was postponed, with the justification of allowing the cast to seek other opportunities. Before that, “Euphoria” was scheduled to have its continuation in early 2024, but the writer’s strike caused the first postponement.
At the end of 2024, Casey Bloyshead of HBO/Max, confirmed that the entire main cast will return for season 3. “I’ve already read the scripts, and we’re happy with the progress. We’re moving forward. All the actors are in the cast,” he said and added that in total, there will be eight episodes.
The cast of “Euphoria” includes some of today’s most promising stars: Jacob Elordi (“Saltburn”), Hunter Schafer (“Types of Kindness”), Sydney Sweeney (“Immaculate”), in addition to Zendaya.
The series follows a group of high school students who deal with different situations typical of their age, such as drugs, sex, the search for identity, trauma, behavior on social media and friendship. The first two seasons are available on HBO’s streaming service, HBO Max.
