Boulder on the neck! Rapper Majk Spirit has been selling a villa in Bratislava’s Koliba for several months. For almost 300 square meters, he asked a dizzying 1.7 million euros and sat contentedly waiting for a keen interested party to catch his bait. It seems that the musician miscalculated his plan and had to take steps that brought him closer to reality. But not so much that they end up fighting with a potential buyer. What’s more, seasoned real estate agents are also shaking their heads over him!
The exclusive offer sounds clear – a spacious five-room house at a lucrative address and after a stellar owner. Well, don’t buy it! Unfortunately, in reality, a serious customer has not yet been found. Majk Spirit, who moved to the Czech Republic with his family, therefore changed his mind about the offer and had to lower the price. The real estate agency that has the villa on offer had to adjust the tag on the luxury hacienda. From the original amount of 1.7 million, it shrunk to 1.49 million euros, but even the current situation indicates that the rapper really overshot the price!
Real estate agent Andrej Churé from Re/Max does not like the musician’s move. He told us that, according to his calculations, the property would be worth around one million euros, which is a third less than its price on the websites of real estate agencies. Although Churý says that he cannot accurately estimate the equipment and the quality of the materials in the interior, it still comes out to him as an overestimated value.
“I have no idea how he wants to sell a house in this location and with these dimensions for almost 1.7 million. It’s complete nonsense. Only a fool would buy that,” he repeated for Chury. Majk Spirit doesn’t bother himself. In the summer of 2023, he took his wife Maria to live in Prague, because she was cramped in Bratislava and did not have as much enjoyment as she had in the past, for example, in Dubai. If the rapper finally manages to get rid of the house, he will have additional funds to live on the high foot.
