I am a current affairs editor at HuffPost Spain, where I talk about breaking news and analyze some of the current issues.
What topics do I write about?
I write about all kinds of topics, from events to politics and international affairs, always with a critical eye and with the idea that behind each topic there is a story that deserves to be told. Always with the intention of informing, disturbing when it touches and providing a look that does not remain only on the surface.
My career
Cordoba from head to toe. I was born and raised in Córdoba, the land of Julio Romero de Torres and the city with the most World Heritage Sites. I graduated in Journalism from the Rey Juan Carlos University, in Fuenlabrada, where I discovered that writing is not only about telling things, but also knowing how to do it so that you are heard.
Before landing at HuffPost, I did an internship at the newspaper AS, which helped me learn how to work in an editorial office, as well as to collect the occasional anecdote. I have been working at HuffPost for a year now, a place that has become my second family, and I currently live in Madrid. Always eager to learn, laugh and tell worthwhile stories.
