Christmas is a little different for each of us. The new Christmas communication of the Pilsner Urquell brand, entitled “The Immutable Taste of Christmas”, describes this very idea. Its main spot tells the story of a Pilsen brewer who, even after years spent at the brewery, rushes home to open a bottle of Pilsner Urquell with his wife.

A taste that has remained the same for more than 180 years
Pilsner Urquell is proof that the best does not need to be changed. For more than 180 years, it has been brewed in Pilsen according to the original recipe and with the same care as the first brewers. In the new communication, the Pilsner Urquell brand joins the idea that some moments we simply don’t want to change – especially Christmas ones. Just as pilsner has had its unchanging taste since 1842, our holiday rituals also have their strength precisely in constancy and repetition. Pilsner Urquell thus naturally becomes a part of these moments – from dining together to gatherings that form the core of Christmas.
“Christmas can have a thousand forms, but its charm lies in the fact that we all experience it in our own way. They are the small but deep human moments that we all experience repeatedly, we look forward to them every year and want to keep them. Christmas displays full of festive atmosphere
Also this year, the brand comes with elegant Christmas packaging and limited multipacks designed to enhance the festive mood. Their design reflects the identity of the campaign – the warm light of Christmas homes, symbolizing peace, well-being and shared festive moments. Especially popular is the special packaging, which pleases even before Christmas itself – an advent calendar with third cans of the popular lager. In addition, Pilsner Urquell can be found in stores in a limited special liter bottle with a patent cap. Beer enthusiasts can treat themselves to popular multipacks with a gift inside – a warm cap or a mug – which complement the holiday collection.
“Pilsner Urquell has been on the Christmas table of many Slovaks for years. It is a natural part of festive gatherings – whether it is moments spent together, a toast with loved ones or a quiet evening in the family circle. Special Christmas displays with moving elements and light effects come to life in selected stores. They remind us that the holiday season is about small moments of joy in the company of the closest – and that even in today’s busy world, the art is precisely the art of not changing what works and what brings joy. The unchanging taste of Christmas with Pilsner Urquell also comes to life in outdoor advertising. In addition to the classic displays, passers-by can also see a special display in Bratislava at the Račianske mýto stop. In one of the windows, there are bottles of Pilsner Urquell beer, which, together with the falling snowflakes and the surrounding visuals, complement the holiday atmosphere.
