Unique musical performances, touching stories and encounters that change lives. On Saturday December 6, 2025 will broadcast Unit benefit gala evening A NIGHT OF HOPEwhere the stars of the Slovak and Czech music scene will meet on one stage together with children who have overcome cancer.
It will be an evening full of emotions and solidarity. The viewers of Slovak Television (STVR) can look forward to the biggest charity gala of the year. Nicholas’s Night of Hope will bring emotional moments to families whose children have undergone a life-saving bone marrow transplant. The event supports activities Drop of Hope Foundationwhich helps the Bone Marrow Transplantation Unit of the National Institute of Children’s Diseases (NÚDCH) in Bratislava and the National Register of Bone Marrow Donors of the Slovak Republic.
During the evening, the audience will witness extraordinary “happy ending” moments. Children who won their fight for life thanks to the selfless help of anonymous donors of blood-forming cells will be presented on stage. Families will have a unique chance to meet their child’s savior in person for the first time – moments full of anticipation, happiness and gratitude that will touch everyone.

The music program will be varied – there will be premieres of new songs and popular Christmas tunes. All performers will perform without entitlement to a fee to contribute their own Drop of Hope with their art. The following will be on stage: Helena Vondráčková, Tomáš Klus, No Name, Nela Pocisková, 4 Tenors, Peter Bič Project, Mirka Partlová, Robo Opatovský & Lukáš Adamec, Štefan Štec a Fajta, Veronika Hatala & FOR YOU, Jozef “Spoko” Kramár & Evelina Kokošová a Slovak Radio Children’s and Girls’ Choir. The gala evening will be accompanied by the presenters of Slovak Television Karin Majtánová, Ľubomír Bajaník, Hana Rapantová and Michal Slanička.
