The OAB-SP launches this Friday (5) a survey with the state’s lawyers to gauge the category’s perception regarding topics such as holding virtual hearings, monocratic decisions in the courts and access to judges, prosecutors, judges and ministers of higher courts.
Around 400,000 lawyers are able to respond to the survey, which contains 14 questions. The initiative, announced by the entity’s president, Leonardo Sica, will help provide support for the work of the Study Commission for Judiciary Reform that the entity created.
