The minister authorized the senator to visit his father, , at the Federal Police Superintendence in . The decision was handed down this Friday (5), within the scope of Penal Execution 169, opened after Bolsonaro’s sentence to 27 years and 3 months, in an initial closed regime.

The defense had requested, this Thursday (4), the inclusion of two names on the list of visitors: Michelle Bolsonaro and Flávio Bolsonaro.

Moraes granted the request, but determined that visits strictly follow the rules of PF Ordinance 1104/2024, which establishes days, times and limitations for family access.

Flávio Bolsonaro was authorized to visit his father next Tuesday (9), from 9 am to 11 am, for just 30 minutes and separately from Michelle Bolsonaro, as the norm restricts two visitors per day, without joint entry.

The ordinance also requires that the meeting take place on specific days: Tuesdays and Thursdays. Other visits may only occur with new authorization from the STF.

The decision also determines that the Federal Police be notified immediately about the release and that the Attorney General’s Office and the defense be notified.
