The text anticipates the “disappearance of civilization” in Europe and defends the fight against “mass migrations”, as well as the restoration of “the predominance of the United States in Latin America”.

In the document, Washington harshly criticizes European allies and points out that the US will support those who oppose the values ​​promoted by the EU, especially on the migration issue.

“The United States remains our greatest ally (…) We don’t always agree on different topics, but I think the general principle is still there. We are the greatest allies and we must remain united,” declared Kallas.
