The former first lady () expressed support for (PL-RJ) the Presidency of the Republic in 2026 this Friday (5) and asked that God bless him in his new mission.
“May God bless you, on this new mission for our beloved Brazil. May the Lord give you wisdom, strength and grace in each step, and may His hand guide your path for the good of our nation”, wrote Michelle on social media, sharing the PL note.
This Friday, Flávio announced that he had been chosen by his father to run for President next year. He says that he will not sit idly by and that he received from Bolsonaro “the mission of continuing our nation project.”
“I place myself before God and before Brazil to fulfill this mission. And I know that He will go ahead, opening doors, tearing down walls and guiding each step of this journey”, wrote the senator.
Flávio and his brothers Eduardo, Carlos Bolsonaro and Jair Renan got into a public fight with their stepmother at the beginning of the week after she criticized the party’s support for Ciro Gomes’ (PSDB) candidacy for the government of Ceará.
After visiting his father at the Federal Police Superintendency, in Brasília, on Tuesday (2), Flávio said he apologized to Michelle and that the situation will not happen again. In the afternoon, on the same day, he stated that his stepmother is part of “the hard core” of the PL.
