Preparing carp in a jar is a good idea to diversify the Christmas table. The first step is to prepare our fish. First, we cut off unnecessary elements, then wash it thoroughly and cut it into bells about 4 cm wide. We cut each of them at the top.

Then salt the prepared fish on all sides and coat it carefully in flour. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the carp on both sides until golden. Remove the fish from the stove and place it on a paper towel to remove excess fat. After completing these steps, we move on to making the brine.

To do this, add chopped onion, coriander, salt, pepper, bay leaves, sugar and allspice to cold water. Mix everything thoroughly and cook over low heat until the onion becomes soft. Then add the vinegar and cook until the mixture begins to boil. Finally, we put them in jars a few pieces of previously fried fish and pour the prepared marinade over it. Close the containers and turn them upside down. After cooling, store them in the refrigerator.
