A Datafolha survey released last Saturday (6) shows that 8% of voters think that former president Jair Bolsonaro (PL) should support senator Flávio Bolsonaro (PL-RJ), in the race for President in 2026.
The senator last Friday (5), when he made a publication saying he assumed “the mission of continuing” the right-wing project with “great responsibility”.
The survey considered 2,002 interviews carried out between December 2nd and 4th. The margin of error is plus or minus two percentage points.
The former first lady also appears in the survey. According to Datafolha, 22% of Brazilians prefer Michelle, while another 20% prefer the governor of São Paulo, Tarcísio de Freitas (Republicans), so that the two are tied by the margin of error.

Another point in the study clarifies, however, that support from former president Jair Bolsonaro is not a positive thing for all voters. 50% of those interviewed say they would never vote for a name nominated by Bolsonaro, while another 26% say the opposite.
