“He is a young politician, who really impresses me with the depth with which he deals with different topics and his capacity for dialogue”, says Lisboa, who intends to collaborate with Azevedo’s government program.
He says he was introduced to the pre-candidate about two months ago by mutual friends.
Former president of the City Council of , Azevedo ran for mayor of the capital of Minas Gerais last year, coming in fourth place, with 10.55%.
He intends to present himself in the election as an alternative between the right, represented by Lula’s candidate, who is still undefined.
