It is explosive research that the investigative platform Follow the Money (FTM) on Friday, not coincidentally on the day of the most absurd World Cup draw in history. Accordingly, the world football association FIFA urged European clubs to transfer outstanding payments to Russian clubs under the threat of transfer bans of up to 18 months.
