During Christmas, we want to feel aromatic scents in the kitchen, not the irritating smell of frying – that’s understandable. At the same time, many people cannot imagine Christmas Eve without carp prepared in a pan. What to do to prevent the fish from smelling? Fortunately, there are simple ways to do this.
If you are preparing a traditional Christmas Eve dinner, you will definitely fry carp. Unfortunately, it is accompanied by an unpleasant smell that can spoil the mood of many people. The advice is simple – you need to start working before you heat the pan on the stove. Proper preparation is important.
