Preparing for the holidays is stressful because we want the entire house to be clean . We pay special attention to cleaning the carpetwho often returns guests after entering the apartment. However, it does not always look perfect due to, among others: for stains that appear on it after spilling coffee or coffee.
Vacuuming alone doesn’t help much in this case, but you don’t necessarily have to take it to the laundry straight away or wet it all and wait for it to dry for a few days. In case of an emergency, a simple trick with a pot lid will work, which is great for cleaning the carpet.
You don’t have time to wet wash and hang the carpet, but it needs a quick refresh, it doesn’t smell the best, or a stain just suddenly appeared on it? After dinner, wash the pot lid and use it for this purpose, and it will look like new again.
Just wrap the lid with a damp cloth that has been previously soaked (dissolved in a small amount of boiling water), and it will act as a makeshift extraction cleaning device. But on a smaller scale.
