One 27 year old woman died, on Saturday night (6), after being attacked with a knife by a managed 31, inside an apartment on Rua Yayá, in Diadema, Greater São Paulo.
According to PMESP (Military Police of the State of São Paulo), the team was called to respond to an ongoing incident of domestic violence. On the 20th floor of the building, the police found the apartment door ajar and showing signs of forced entry.
Inside the property, in the bathroom, they found the bodies of Milena de Silva Lima, and, next to her, the body of the suspect, João Victor de Lima Fernandes, with injuries to his neck.

A witness reported to the police that he heard calls for help coming from the residence and, upon checking the situation, saw the suspect stabbing the victim.
The military preserved the location and called Samu (Mobile Emergency Care Service), which confirmed the death of both in the apartment itself.
In a statement, the SSP-SP (Public Security Secretariat of the State of São Paulo) reported that the location underwent forensic examination and the knife used in the crime was seized.
The case was registered as feminicide and suicide in the 3rd Police District of the municipality.
