Management secretaries and advisors from the Municipal Audit Court (TCM) agreed in a meeting this Monday (8) to update a 2020 decree that regulates parliamentary amendments destined for the municipality.
The objective is to adapt to the new demands made by the minister, of transparency and tracking of these resources.
The other councilors participated in the conversation, in the office of the president of the court of accounts, Domingos Dissei, as well as municipal secretaries Edson Aparecido (Government), Enrico Misasi (Civil House), Clodoaldo Pelissioni (Planning) and Luciana Nardi (Municipal Attorney General’s Office) and the president of the Municipal Chamber, Ricardo Teixeira (União Brasil).
Dino’s decision was taken as a reaction to the so-called secret budget, in which it was not possible to monitor the amendment’s proponent, nor its destination or application. He even interrupted the flow of these resources because he understood that the determination was not being fulfilled.
