Ede Cury, Leonardo’s press officer, dies aged 70

A press officer Ede Cury died this Monday (9), aged 70. She was known for working with celebrities such as singer Leonardo, former dancer Carla Perez and presenter Ana Maria Braga.

The death was mourned on social media by him and his wife, Poliana Rocha. “28 years with Léo and the whole family. Rest in peace. We gratefully recognize everything you did for us”, wrote .

Ede Cury was the daughter of Osvaldo Cury, who was one of the partners of the very important record label Copacabana — responsible for releasing hits by big names in country music in the 1990s and 2000s.

One of the first works of his career was with the duo Leandro & Leonardo, between 1993 and 1998, including taking care of the relationship with the press at the time of the second voice’s death.

She has also worked with other great entertainment personalities, such as Ana Maria Braga, Carla Perez and Harmonia do Samba.

Ede Cury was responsible for presenting, which resulted in a strong and notable friendship.
