Adela Vinczeová started her television career modestly – as an interviewer in Markíza, where only her hand with the microphone could be seen in front of the camera. Since then, she has developed into one of the most respected Slovak presenters. The popularity she gained brought her many fans, but also critics. In her talk show, she described an experience with a person who was not exactly in love with her.
The popular show invites people with unconventional destinies – artists, creators, innovators or inspirational personalities. The primary goal is to uncover stories and ideas that would otherwise go unnoticed, while creating space for authenticity, subtle humor, and in-depth discussions.
One of her guests was Richard Lörincz, manager of a well-known taxi company. During the interview, the presenter shared an unusual experience of driving a taxi from another taxi company. “I once went in a taxi during covid, not yours, I was wearing a face mask and a taxi driver picked me up, who told me that Vincze lived nearby and that he didn’t need her very much.” she revealed the situation she got into completely by accident.
She kept her cool and even joined the criticism of her own person. “So we talked her down a lot, as if to the bone! And that’s how we understood each other! It was also nice. Then I got out and he still doesn’t know that he really likes me,” she added with a laugh, clearly taking their dialogue in stride.
The show A little differently with Adela ends on STVR screens
Adela announced on the last day of September that talk show Little differently after eight years on STVR screens is ending. She explained that the decision to leave was not a result of anger, but a belief that the conversation should be a space where different worlds meet, not limit. For her and her team, the freedom to choose guests and topics is the basis of trust and the essence of the show.
She added that although their contract with STVR ends with the two January parts, they are already working on a new form of Little Different, which it will work in a wider space with even more possibilities. She thanked the audience for their support and trust, which is the main motivation for her to continue.
