This unusual cheesecake is a great alternative to baked goods. It is delicate, always turns out well and does not require any experience in confectionery. It’s worth knowing its secret before the Christmas rush starts.
It is precisely the carefully selected ingredients that give the cooked cheesecake such a silky consistency. The mass prepared in butter and heated on the stove becomes exceptionally creamy, and the crunchy additions perfectly break it up. Ingredients for Ewa Wachowicz’s cooked cheesecake:
- 1 kg of cottage cheese (ground twice),
- 4 eggs,
- 1 cup of sugar,
- 1 vanilla pod,
- 2 cream puddings,
- 250 g of butter,
- butter biscuits,
- walnuts,
- almonds,
- icing for decoration.
The addition of biscuits and dried fruit on the bottom and top creates an attractive, slightly crunchy frame for the delicate cheese mass. This is a simple way to make your dessert look like it came from a confectionery shop.
