First payment to creditors after Kika/Leiner insolvency is imminent


Vienna/St. Pölten – Creditors of the insolvent furniture chain Kika/Leiner will soon receive a payment totaling 18.8 million euros. Creditreform insolvency expert Stephan Mazal announced this on Tuesday. Claims totaling 208 million euros were registered, which means the interim distribution rate is around nine percent. According to Creditreform, creditors of LeiKi Gastro Alpha GmbH, which is also insolvent, are left empty-handed.
