The councilor of Bebedouro (SP) Professor Dr. Gandini sent a motion of applause to the City Council in November for members of the state administration, including the governor (Republicans).
When contacted by the column this Tuesday (9), the councilor stated that the document will be rectified and that the tribute was only for the state youth coordinator, Juliano Borges. Gandini attributed the error to his advisor and apologized for what happened.
Borges is part of the Department of Justice and Citizenship and was also honored in the motion presented by the PT councilor.
The document sent by Gandini praises the creation of the parliamentary front to support and promote municipal youth councils in the Legislative Assembly
In the applause motion presented to the City Council, the councilor says that the leadership of the youth coordinator was fundamental to the creation of the parliamentary front.
“Likewise, I extend this recognition to the Secretary of Justice and Citizenship and the state governor, for the priority given to youth policies in your administration. The promotion of concrete actions that strengthen citizenship and youth participation demonstrates a government in tune with the present and future demands of society”, says the text, which has the councilor’s signature.
